SHIPPING POLICY

Klami Kids sells digital products only (printable PDF files). No physical products are shipped.

1. Delivery method
After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive:
- a download link on the order confirmation page, and
- an email sent to the address provided at checkout, containing your download link(s).

2. Delivery time
Delivery is instant, usually within a few minutes of payment. In rare cases (e.g. payment verification), it may take up to 24 hours.

3. Shipping costs
There are no shipping or delivery fees. The price shown at checkout is the final price.

4. Didn't receive your files?
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
- Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
- If you still cannot find your files within 24 hours, contact us at info@klamikids.store with your order number and we will resend them.

5. Download access
Your download link is for your personal use only. We recommend saving the files to your device right after purchase. If the link has expired or you lose your files, contact us and we will send a new link free of charge.

6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. See our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for details.
